All fabrics, jewels, accessories, construction,
and standard American and European sizes are
guaranteed to be flawless. Garments and jewels are insured throughout the mailing process.
You may request that accessories be customized,
as well, subject to the availability of jewel
specifications and setting designs.
All such custom requests are fully discussed and reviewed,
with proper disclosures, prior to the purchase(s)
of any garment(s) from
LADY JANE
and are subject to additional pricing, in
order to, adequately, compensate our jewelers.
Please, understand that we will not be able
to refund purchases of custom jewels,
unless they do not meet the specifications
to which the company and our client have agreed in writing.
All garments will be shipped within eight weeks, unless
custom jewelry has been requested.
For garments which include custom jewelry and/or accessories, please,
allow twelve weeks
for design completion, creation, and shipping, unless
otherwise stated in writing.
