CYBER-INVESTING CAN MAKE YOU
EXTREMELY WEALTHY !!!
When one is new to any system, it is wise
to query the experts. A number of years ago, when Microsoft was impressing Wall Street with consistently impressive relative
gains, I decided that I would like to invest in Microsoft, given that I was too young to profit from the Xerox boom of the
1950's. As such, I accessed Microsoft's website and requested information regarding investing in the company's stock. To
my surprise, Microsoft recommended that I use the investment website BUYANDHOLD.com. It's competitors are Etrade, Ameritrade, and the like, although BUYANDHOLD.com is far less expensive than
any of the others which I have found.
It is simple ...access the website, sign
up, and begin the simple step-by-step process of investing. You will be happy with the ease of reaping profits!
Thankfully, BUYANDHOLD has made the process of selling and buying,
and even day-trading, simple and relatively cost-effective. So, I was able to stay ahead of the experts by quickly shifting
my investment strategy from Microsoft to IBM and Boston Properties and, later, to Google, then, Mastercard, when they each
opened on Wall Street, then, switched to Fannie Mae at 70 cents per share soon after the "crash".
For future trades, one need only click the button to access additional
money from their bank account and either type in, or click, the appropriate stock. Automatic deposits into the account and
automated future investments in the stock(s) can be established in advance, as well. Moreover, you can schedule to have your
dividends automatically re-invested as you wish, for speedy profitability.
For all
of this ease of use which can help one to amass millions of dollars, if used wisely, one pays a mere $14.99 per month for
unlimited scheduled trades. Should you desire an instant buy or sell, you will pay an additional $15, which is extremely
useful at the top of an inevitable stock market crash, such as that which we recently experienced [shhh... washington officials
are attempting to make everyone believe that it is merely a recession because of FDIC].
Be mindful that, in the "old" days, for such moment by moment
trading, one would need to be on the telephone with an understanding, yet, expensive broker several times per day. With BuyandHold
[and I receive NO stipend for saying so], speed and low cost are synonymous. One can trade between entries in Excel or during
lunch with the click of a button. I, frequently, scan my stocks during the first five minutes of my lunch hour, then, go
enjoy lunch while my stocks are reaping profits on my behalf. By the time I have returned, more often than not, I had enjoyed
a "free lunch" ...and then some.
Compare the prices of each cyber-brokerage, first and foremost,
select the stocks which you KNOW will garner for you the greatest possible return with little or no oversight, read the news,
daily, in order to remain up-to-date about pending changes in industry and governments as they are likely to effect the stock
market, and verify the stocks' current status by reading all pertinent stock NEWS coverage which is available on Yahoo's Finance
site; for instance, if you are considering investing in Fannie Mae while it is only $0.70 per share, type in FNM and click
the "News" link for up to the minute news which pertains to Fannie Mae stock, so that you will know to invest the day prior
to a Government purchase of another $20 million worth of stock, in order to double your money over night. In so doing, also,
you will be securing for yourself a more handsome return than you can earn by way of a mere 401K ...and you will be able to
withdraw your money within two weeks for any emergency, without penalty.
Two caveats:
-
Be mindful that all on-line brokerages will suddenly appear to be out of commission
during times of crises. As such, just when you want to sell all of your stocks following an announcement of a run on the
banks, the site will "crash" until the following morning. In order to not be caught under the wheel of this machinery, stay
ahead of such announcements and apprised of the news, reading that which is in between the lines as well as that
which is spelled out.
-
In April, be alert to the
fact that your friendly government representative might not know how to read the information which is submitted by the brokerage.
For instance, if no dividend is earned and no "$0" entered, the representative might not automatically understand that the
elimination of the $0 means the same as though it HAD been entered. Thankfully, the online brokerage will have such documents
available to you as backup, at all times, so that you can submit proof, if necessary.
The sites will, also, include information regarding selected stocks
and a running history of your transactions, which is quite useful for your records, given that they do all of the work for
you. The sites will even state the average value of your stocks, which is especially useful if you frequently buy and sell
shares.
Naturally, the online brokerages are not responsible if you lose
money on your investments. Such decision-making is your responsibility. If you do, however, you can set the stage, now, for
your own life of luxury during your "retirement" years.
Online stock brokerages are second only to online banking in convenience
and purposefulness. Once you have indulged, you are likely to become a devotee, as well.
Happy profitability!!!
