According to Harvard Statistical Laboratories, the only
method by which to ensure sufficient, objective statistics is by querying in a pattern of a minimum of five nested
X's, thus:
1. Segment the nation into Northwest, Southwest,
Center, Northeast, and Southeast sections
2. Segment each of those sections (the center
of the X and at each end) into five sections
3. Segment each of those five sections into
five more sections, accordingly
4. Segment each of those sections into
five sections
5. Segment each of those local areas into five
sections, then...
6. Randomly contact people at each center and at
each point of each X, equally ...with a minimum of 250 random calls per pointed area within a 50 mile radius.
Note the word "random", which precludes selection by party affiliation,
voter registration, religion, race, financial status, et caetera. Party affiliation, voter registration, and financial
status are excluded from any objective poll given that even those who do not vote have a right
to representation.
