Had our commanders learned nothing from
the protester in Tiananmen Square when he stood, like a man, in front of the advancing tanks? Even the leading Chinese
soldier tank-driver halted in respect.
When I was four, I believed that each Nazi soldier
was culpable for the horrors perpetrated under the jurisdiction of the transitional government which Hitler called The New
Order [Time/Life Books: The New Order]. Decades later, I came to understand that soldiers, historically, have
been required, at penalty of death for failure to comply, to kill and torture innocents. Yet, Americans had had a proud
history of taking the high road during war time ...until they dropped the first atomic bomb, which melted the flesh off of
the bones of mothers and their babies at the park, rather than of armed soldiers at their command posts. Thus, the "hippies"
were born, bucking the "establishment" and 'it's" seeming lust for a swift win at ANY cost, even if it were to set
the entire atmosphere above the northern Pacific aflame, as some scientists had feared of the atomic bomb prior to igniting
it.
Truly, neither life nor civility can be gleaned
from the wake of such unethical and hypocritical warring techniques. Only death ...the death of women, children, the
elderly, of dreams, hope, faith in one's fellow man, spirit... only death.
It is, therefore, no wonder that an extraordinary
number of men cannot speak of the war when they return, no wonder that some find solace in loneliness, and no wonder that
so many ask, nay, beg for help which our current Representatives have absolutely no clue how to address.
There is only one cure for such an horrific spiritual
death as that caused by the intentional slaughter of civilians during times of war":
Our government must, IMMEDIATELY, return to it's
Constitutional roots of honor, integrity, dignity, respect, and love for ALL of mankind, as boldly and pointedly stated
within our beloved Constitution, "...the year of our Lord seventeen hundred eighty seven [1787]...", as reference to Jesus'
admonitions that "Thou knowest The Commandments" [Mark 10: 19] and "Whatsoever ye would that men should do unto you, do ye
even so unto them, for this is THE LAW and the prophets"[Matthew 7: 12].
Given the imperfections inherent within a mortal
society, such as "the breaking point" to which we are all subject, The Golden Rule, thankfully, affords our nation
the ability to wage war (ONLY if, when, and as necessary) for as long as we never violate The Ten Commandments unnecessarily.
Because "our Lord", the Rabbi Jesus, was born
approximately 1,787 years prior to the signing of our beloved Constitution, according to the The Holy Bible and additional
Jewish archives, and because only the dictionary which our Forefathers used [Unabridged English Dictionary of 1776 (Library
of Congress)] legally defines the literal parameters of our precious Constitution, punctuation included, The Golden Rule is,
in fact, Constitutional Law within the United States of America, despite the First Amendment freedom of religion clause precluding
any law(s) with regard to the establishment of religion (id est: Catholicism, Presbyterianism, Hinduism, Secularism) and/or
thwarting the free exercise of religion.
Heal America, first, therefore. In so doing,
ALL of our soldiers will be able to PROUDLY support the decisions of their commanders, rather than mind-battling alone in
the dark with the dichotomous extremism of helping a people by destroying their most helpless members, as everyone grasps
for elusive logic in lieu of closing their eyes to truth.

The Simple Solution
To The Financial Crisis
6% of the American populace are financially
comfortable, including most of the on-air analysts at CNBC. Everyone else is hurting. The bailouts are being gifted
to a small percentage of that same 6% of the American populace, so that they are less likely to take the inevitable next step
and eliminate jobs. The "solution" being proposed, if one can rightfully call it that, is temporary, at best.
The
job eliminations were a foregone conclusion prior to the signing of NAFTA, and the Congress knew it. Every solution
which was publicly tendered by any Government official since the steel industry shakeout in the early 1980's, and through
Ronald Reagan, Bill Clinton, George Bush (both), Barrack Obama, Ted Kennedy, et caetera, was "Americans will need to be re-trained
for other industries." Of course, they did not understand that this meant that 24-year steel mill experts would lose
their hard-earned 25-year pensions and would need to accept minimum wage jobs as janitors, diminishing their potential salaries
and insurance and unemployment benefits, as well, and that skillful automobile manufacturers would need to learn how to type
for a less than $10 per hour temporary job which would soon be shifted over to an Indian call-center trainee.
The
solution is so obvious that it has eluded Congress, lo, these many months. The entire reason for the bailouts is that the
banking industry lobbyists convinced the Congress to de-regulate the banking industry so that they could raise their interest
rates and value-added fees while the "pickings" were good. Like a hungry puppy, Congress lopped happily behind their
generous juggernaut lead. Instead of giving trillions of dollars to banks which hold billions and trillions of dollars, already,
pass one single law:
All interest rates must be
Fixed Rates, no entity may charge more than 8.5% interest per annum on any loan(s) and/or service(s), and no entity may require
any additional fee for such loan(s) and/or service(s), retroactive to January 1, 2005.
Suddenly,
mortgages will be paid rather than relinquished, loans will be approved, and a few CEO's will be a little less wealthy...yet,
wiser.

Your notice rejecting socialistic policies was excellent.
Nevertheless, you need, yet, to inform the Democrats of this information or you will lose the majority vote which you,
so desperately, need.
The Congress needs to revise it's statistics
regarding the current unemployment rates. Most Americans know that the
figure which Congress espouses is far lower than the actual statistic, given that the figure quoted does not take into account
the large numbers of persons whose unemployment benefits have expired; neither does that figure take into account the
number of part-time employees receiving pay checks nor the large numbers of individuals earning lower than the minimum wage.
It is a fact that the Republican Party will not be able to win the respect of the American people until they cease disrespecting
"the collective intellect" and, instead, publish real numbers ...the votes will, then, automatically, follow, despite anyone's
party affiliation. The real unemployment figures within america are closer to 25%, at the moment ...and the average
American worker can sense this horrendous climate, which is the sole reason you lost your power, within congress, to the democrats,
during the previous election.
You need to insist that we, as a nation, cease investing
unsecured monies and increasing our indebtedness. Rather, immediately, pay off all of our nation's debts and function
within a balanced budget, thenceforth, lest you lose the upcoming election, the Presidency, the majority in the House and
Senate, and all filibuster rights.
The People are intelligent, rather than stupid. And
the majority do, openly, resent that the Republican Party has, of late, been spinning, weaving, and juggling books, information,
and statistical data in order to manipulate intelligent human beings ...even those of us who are supposed to be on your side,
any way. As such, for the sake of The People and of the Grand Old Party, it is, now, time to revise your methods of
garnering votes. Be straightforward. All of America will respect your straightforwardness. Yet, they will
not respect you unless, and until, you are. To wit, how much money does our Treasury actually hold, how much do we owe
to each country, by name, and why, and what is our true Net Worth, as a nation?
Additionally, since I am addressing the issue of improving
the national political situation, the Republican Party must fight to eliminate dual citizenships, immediately! Such
are bleeding our Treasury and taking our precious nation out of super-power status, shifting it into second-world status,
minus our beloved sovereignty (the sole reason for which the Declaration of Independence was authored and signed).
Immediately, purge the power, money, and influence of the
foreign oil barrons and banking barrons with dual citizenships (the candidates, themselves, will know to which persons I am
referring), and others of such ilk, before The New World Order (George Bush, Sr. and French President Sarkozy) has completed
it's dismantling of "AMERICA".
Return, at once, instead, to the literal ( = ) parameters
of the Constitution of the United States of America, the only legal parameters, accurately defined, solely, by the full definitions
(word for word and punctuation included) within the Unabridged English Dictionary of 1776 which was used by Benjamin Franklin
[Library of Congress], who signed, both, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America,
given that the term "liberal interpretation" does not mathematically equal ( = ) the term "literal definition". Only then
will America be safe from becoming a "member STATE" of a national/socialistic New World Order (first proposed by Adolph Hitler,
sans extermination of the Hebrew nation), today referenced as "International Government".

What NOT To Do When Pulled Over For Driving While Intoxicated
The law has dramatically changed during the past few decades, politically, legally, militarily, and officially, albeit
not always literally (=) constitutionally, according to the Unabridged Dictionary of 1776 which was used Benjamin Franklin
[Library of Congress], who signed, both, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America.
As such, all drivers need to be mindful and heed the following advice:
Above all, DO NOT assume that the officer is a fellow American buddy whom you do not need to take
EXTREMELY seriously!
DO NOT be lax. While pulling over, make certain
that your driving is flawless, according to the book, inch by inch, from start to finish. Your driving skill, or lack
thereof, at that point, will be recorded as a point-by-point "professional opinion" of your driving skill, and verified by
two officers who will testify as eye witnesses.
DO NOT joke with the officer(s). DO NOT offer any
lame excuses. DO NOT be dishonest; it insults their intelligence. Do not behave in any other than the most
conservative, "ideal citizen" manner. To do otherwise will be held against you, on the record.
DO NOT fail to do, precisely, that which the officers
tell you to do, even if you know that it violates your rights as an American citizen ...which it probably does. As a
proud hippy rebel newswoman, I know that, today, protesting one's rights to an officer is more likely to cause one to be killed
than released, so choose your moments and venues of protestation wisely. Throughout, it helps to think like a police
officer who has no authority over his "superior" officers; "Yes,
Sir." "No, Sir."
When you open your window, the officer will, first, look
into your eyes, ask you, at least, one question, and, while you are answering, attempt to smell your breath (without being
obvious about it). Officers are skillful at smelling alcohol on one's breath ...and some level of alcohol lingers on
the breath for nearly two hours.
DO NOT expect to win this game of Catch 22; if you
do not agree to take the field tests, you will be taken into the police station for testing on the machine, which may or may
not work perfectly, without the ability to successfully fight the results in court, with or without a great attorney and a
string of experts to testify upon your behalf, given that there are gaps within the rules regarding machine repair, leaving
loose-ends ...to the prosecutor's benefit.
DO NOT neglect to listen to the field test instructions
as though your life depends upon it ...it does! Criminal DUI convictions have lasting consequences. Police officers,
in an attempt to justify their decisions, can, and often will, use the tiniest excuse to state that you failed the test. For
instance, if you did not FULLY understand the instructions the first time, whether or not the officer mumbled, the officer
will record that you are not alert. If you do not perform each test absolutely perfectly the first time, he or she will
record that you failed the test. And two officers against
any one driver hold sway in court, whether or not they should. For instance, one officer stated, in court, that the
driver had touched the tips of his fingers together, rather than the tips of his fingernails, once ...instant failure. Once!
DO NOT expect the officer to follow the book. One
officer testified that he had held a driver's eyes to the extreme right for 30 seconds (rather than the "recommended" 4 -
5 seconds); yet, thirty seconds at the periphery renders
it impossible for anyone's eyes to not twitch. Nevertheless,
the jury accepted the officer's record of instant failure.
DO NOT rely upon technicalities for dismissal. During the 1980's, a fair percentage of DUI's were overturned on
technicalities. Today, the court system has changed definitions and attached loopholes and riders, so that almost no
one can be released on a technicality. Within the case which I, most recently, witnessed, the driver was represented
by a skillful attorney and should have been released on 14 technicalities, yet, not even one technicality held up in court.
Even non-evidentiary field tests are being considered
as evidence due to the new loopholes ...which is an unethical, legislated "slight of hand".
DO NOT count upon the objectivity of the jurors. The
majority of jurors know someone, or of someone, who has been victimized by a drunk driver and, as fellow citizens, all too
frequently, attempt to teach the driver a lesson, not considering the depth of the consequences to the driver, despite their
vows to be objective.
Save yourself the trouble. If you are drinking,
do not hesitate to take a taxi ...and may GOD save America.
